Welcome to Evoked World! Please kindly review the use of terms and conditions from our website. Please be reminded that by using our website you have agreed to follow and be attached by our T&Cs.


ORDER
By making orders from our website you will be asked to fill up some required information given in our checkout form. You need to provide contact information (name, billing & shipping address, phone number, and email) and financial information (credit card number, and expired date) [For Credit Card payment only]. We will use your information only for orders and billing purposes. Don’t worry! Your credit card information will be 100% safe with us. If there is something wrong regarding your orders, we will contact you from the information provided.


ORDER PROCESSING
All orders collected will be processed during business days (Monday – Friday) only before 17:00 (GMT+7). Orders made after 17:00 (GMT+7) or on the weekends will be processed on the next following business day.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Currently we can only accept and process DOMESTIC orders via JNE. Shipping and delivery may take around 1-5 business days.


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Did you order a wrong size? Don’t worry! We are more than welcome to accept returns for SIZE EXCHANGE ONLY for up to 7 days from the day you receive your orders. Sorry, but we DON’T accept REFUNDS. We can only accept returns if there is no sign of item usage and defection. Customers will not be charged for exchange items shipping. However, customers will be responsible for return shipping to Evoked World. Please kindly email us at shop@evokedworld.com with details and photos for justification purposes upon making your exchange request. Once approved, we will directly process your exchange request.

If you encounter any defect or wrongly shipped items once you received your orders, please contact us immediately. We have the right to decline your exchange request if we find any signs of usage or defect. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges if Evoked World is NOT found guilty or at fault.

REMINDER: ITEMS SOLD ARE FINAL AND NOT REFUNDABLE.

All the colors and graphics presented on our website are endeavored to be compatible with your device. However, we cannot assure 100% accuracy as some devices might not support.


CORRECTION OF ERRORS
Some information provided on our website may contain errors such as typographical, inaccuracy, product availability, etc. However, Evoked World has the right to correct any of those errors discovered during your website visit and to amend or update information at any time. If you encounter problems or errors during your visit, do not hesitate to report it to us through email.

CLEAN & CARE GUIDE
Not only humans but clothing items also need caring. We will not be responsible for any products that are damaged due to the carelessness during the washing and drying process. For best outcome, Please kindly read the following instructions on how to perfectly wash and dry your products:

  1. Flip your product inside out
  2. Wash using cold water
  3. Hang dry 
  4. Do not iron on the graphical parts
